我一直在試著閱讀.

總是覺得我和法國沒有互相吸引的地方，可是洋人食物中，繼Italian food後就應該是French food瞭。並且書籍內詳細科學完整形象地介紹瞭從拿刀的姿勢到打蛋的姿勢，甚是吸引那些獨居卻苦於沒有一個碩大的廚房和被品嘗的人。
