非常的主流（未必是褒义）但故事非常生动（写作加一星），很容易理解这本书为什么那么火。但仔细一想就觉得其实理论贡献挺薄弱的。“文化杂食”作为新的“区隔”形式早就被Bryson这些学者讨论过了。对于身体的讨论还略算有点新意但还是在布迪厄的理论框架之下，更像是应用而非改进理论。最搞笑的是讲性别那一章唯一引用的性别学者是巴特勒, 反而几乎没有引用那些在巴特勒之前就从表演的角度来理解性别的社会学家(Goffman, West & Zimmerman) 。文中讨论的男女生在青春期对于性的不同体验Karen Martin在90年代就指出来了，同样没有被引用。
评分很有趣的一个社会切面，但论点不怎么新奇。社会学有哪一个人绕得开布尔迪厄吗？没有。

评分Given what I am experiencing is how those underprivileged students are trained in the same way, sometimes I just can't help interrupting what they are encountering and really feel sorry for almost nothing can I do to comfort them when they experience those upset moments. I don't know how to treat them who has illusions about the great future.
