Atul Gawande is the author of The Checklist Manifesto, Better and Complications. He is also a MacArthur Fellow, a general surgeon at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, a staff writer for The New Yorker, and an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School and the Harvard School of Public Health. 评分a boring title and unlikely type of book that i would read. actually very gripping and persuasive. and interesting.
评分I did not finish. The first two chapters made a strong argument of how checklists can be helpful for seemingly complex tasks. The categorization of tasks into complex and complicated is also interesting. However, it then draws on long examples with no appealing links to me and I failed to follow.
