He is also a MacArthur Fellow, a general surgeon at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, a staff writer for The New Yorker, and an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School and the Harvard School of Public Health. I did not finish. The first two chapters made a strong argument of how checklists can be helpful for seemingly complex tasks. The categorization of tasks into complex and complicated is also interesting. However, it then draws on long examples with no appealing links to me and I failed to follow.

匆匆掃瞭遍，注重思維而不是方法層麵，主要側重作者所在的醫療領域。

可讀性的話不如之前看過的另外兩本，但其實這本的內核和理念是對行業最有幫助的。幾乎是所有reading list上的第一本或者第二本。
