學完瞭知識和理論,接下來就是漫長的實踐瞭!健身是一輩子的事!施瓦辛格教會瞭我一個重要的觀念:我們當然要相信科學知識,專傢和前輩的建議對我們也會有幫助,但是我們仍然需要經過trial-and-error來找到最適閤自己身體的健身方法。
