评分这本书里面有很多干货，对自己的工作都蛮有帮助。如何选人，如何管理，如何开始创建公司。 虽然只读了一半，希望在剩下的一半里面学到更多的个人管理的知识。 太多不知道的大师都躲在角落慢慢被我去发现，探索，学习，吸收。

评分A masterpiece in mgmt. The first two sections were amazingly interesting while the last one failed to attract me. Overall, this was a dry reading and it took time before I started enjoying it. Furthermore, the writing style is too philosophical for my taste.
