丹尼尔·T威林厄姆

我急需读一下这本，期待能把我从某种anxiety里解脱出来。从开始到结束拖的太久了。书讲的有道理，但是可操作性一般，理论了解一下挺好，尤其是头几章是观念性改变，第七章提到了一些实际授课中会遇到的问题。可惜答案也是不确定的，也就是有一些原则建议，但是没有实际可操作的指导。了解学习一下也好。
