我急需读一下这本,期待能把我从某种anxiety里解脱出来。 从开始到结束拖的太久了。书讲的有道理,但是可操作性一般,理论了解一下挺好,尤其是头几章是观念性改变,第七章提到了一些实际授课中会遇到的问题。可惜答案也是不确定的,也就是有一些原则建议,但是没有实际可操作的指导。了解学习一下也好。
