著者簡介
Sherry Turkle is the Abby Rockefeller Mauzé Professor of the Social Studies of Science and Technology at MIT. She is frequently interviewed in Time, Newsweek, the New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal, on NBC News, and more. She lives in Boston, Massachusetts.

评分A great book, makes you think! See the need, explore the market, and produce the products. But it is not about what the technology do for us, it is about what the technology do to us.
评分we text instead of calling because texting allows us to edit and it does not require immediate response. Meanwhile by guessing your emotions through texts, you successfully hide your true feelings and even identities. 全本書最有意義的一點。書裏的故事不太有意思，文字也不好看。
评分總體而言比較雜誌體，側重在小孩和青少年如何被科技影響。前七章一直在說小孩和機器人，我都懷疑作者是不是拿機器人公司贊助費瞭啊。
