评分 评分 评分总体而言，内容比较简单，没什么让我惊艳的内容。不过择时（Timing）的概念很不错，这方面的书也很少，因此还是值得看看，以后也可以更加留意相关的信息 另外，这本书很短，大概1天就能读完 记点还算有意思的内容 1. 生物钟类型（chronotype, 第1章），以及早上课好还是晚上课...

yah timing matters so what?
评分先听的podcast，觉得很有意思，就把书找来看。发觉精化部分都在podcast里谈到了。一本轻松读物，但是不乏一些有用的小知识。
评分看的是湛庐做的中文版，这种快餐读物不值得花太多时间，湛庐居然那么辛苦翻译还做了精美的装帧...关于时间的研究这个点本身挺有意思的，书中的建议也都有心理学、行为经济学等社科研究的证据支持，不过这种书真谈不上对我的日常生活有什么指导（咖啡盹可以实践下），可能更适合商业世界里的人吧...
评分太简单了，没有太多有深度的东西，但是概念不错，以后可以多留意相关的概念、对时间的选择了
