听完的，畅销书的路子

这本书去除了超自然现象，只留下哲学和冥想修行的方法论，只把佛陀当成一个觉悟了的哲学家，用现代科学的知识，尝试解释一些佛学的概念和观点。

从进化心理学角度看冥想、佛学很有趣。不过出版商起这个书名未免有点过，作者本人并没这么狂妄。Robert Wright 和 Sam Harris 都成功地印证了灵修和科学可以兼容。这本书作为冥想、西方佛学入门书很合适。特别那些对冥想不屑一顾的人尤为合适，比如我。

【看到105页想法】 （1）作者很啰嗦，像是在给小朋友讲道理，翻来覆去。难道是因为佛教在美国甚至英语国家普及度不够才会用这样初级的表达方式？ （2）关于佛学、心理学及进化论的内容，差不多都是老生常谈。关于冥想的部分对我来说是新知识。但是通过冥想抑制疼痛，听起来怎么...  

有段时间挺认同，“做人最重要的就是开心”，当然，能让自己开心的还包括了关爱别人等等：出发点虽自私，效果却可能正面。 后来知道了，这是功利主义。而康德说，尊崇功利主义的人是不自由的；事情的衡量标准，除了为你带来的功用”utility“，还有人心中的“道德律”。只是…....
