剛看第一章，so far so good. 意外的發現中間的插圖，居然沒有一張和中國有關。。。其實從BUSH能有毅力成功戒酒，也能看齣個人的personality. 我還是那句話，評價政治傢，1-是否履行瞭對於選民的陳諾。這個是民主製中representative and accountability 的基本原則。2-是否堅持，實踐，自己的政治信念。bandwagoning 是需要抵製的。也就是是否是policy-entrepreneur。3-是否留下瞭policy/political legacy, 也就是到底有何業績，政策也好，理念也好。
