首先作者是一个journalist,而不是expert,所以书的内容不是出自非常专业的角度,一方面是经验之谈,另一方面是总结一些研究结果后的建议。有一些rule比较有意思。从吃什么介绍到怎么吃,少吃或者不吃高度加工的食品,多吃植物,尽量自己做。但是事实上很多时候为了方便都会牺牲健康,看这本书的过程属于典型的“道理我都懂,但是我做不到”的例子。Anyway,有值得学习的地方。“Sugar is sugar. And organic sugar is sugar too.”
