I've long heard about Maslow's theory on human needs and read Csikszentmihalyi's Flow. Drive, to me, is what adds to these two and explains to me how these things are related to human behavior.

读的英文版，因此有点慢了。书的内容相当不错，帮助我思考自己的 inner drive，即工作生活的内在驱动力是什么，这对于个人、团队、亲子教育读是有启发的，Drive一词和现在颇为流行的‘正能量’倒有些相似的意味，人就活那么多年，总想活得清楚明白些，活得积极些。

关于人做事的驱动力。关于carrots and sticks的不再合适宜，而autonomy,mastery,purpose法则踏上舞台。观点不算新颖，你想用，可以，但不能忽视其成立的基石：一，这个人是才；二，钱已给够或多给。其一难，其二更难，不符合绝大多数城乡结合部的资本家们的思维惯性。语言枯燥，能看。
