说白了，就是理解问题，找到根源，制定计划，便解决边改进方法。Problem solving在日本开设的课程好有趣。

我喜欢把这些很日常的概念，清晰地写出来的书。但是这本讲的内容实在太基础了，我相信大多数成年人只需要看几句话就能理解，而且看完整个例子也没有让我有更加深的理解，或者有共鸣想要马上改变自己去行动的想法。看到goal和close the gap的时候，想到升职心里一凉，我还是没有更有动力去做。给小孩看是最合适的了

Just, break down the damn problem and analyze with open mind. It has to be clear, logical and comprehensive. But the core is, breaking down the problem.

讲了和金字塔原理类似的道理，但讲得生动有趣，没有商业咨询的案例，更贴近生活。要用主动solve problems，而不是靠运气被生活推着走。
