相当不错的一本小册子，指出了解决问题的一般规律。理解问题，列出所有可能的原因（分类互斥思想），通过验证找到少数关键的根原因。制定计划找出可能的对策，对对策分类评价，挑出效率最高的对策执行。

2013-07-12读毕，作者曾在麦肯锡工作，所采用的解决问题的方法也是从假设出发（假设是在界定总问题的前提下，分解为子问题），然后运用决策树将子问题进一步分解为更小的问题，并采用头脑风暴使这种分散不遗漏，同时通过逻辑推理合并同类项，使之不重复。再运用书中提供的其他工具给予各种小问题以权重，然后决定行动的优先级（这种权重可能会因为咨询他人，改变影响因素，从而发生改变），最后通过实施来验证假设，完善解决问题的方案。
