2013-07-12读毕，作者曾在麦肯锡工作，所采用的解决问题的方法也是从假设出发（假设是在界定总问题的前提下，分解为子问题），然后运用决策树将子问题进一步分解为更小的问题，并采用头脑风暴使这种分散不遗漏，同时通过逻辑推理合并同类项，使之不重复。再运用书中提供的其他工具给予各种小问题以权重，然后决定行动的优先级（这种权重可能会因为咨询他人，改变影响因素，从而发生改变），最后通过实施来验证假设，完善解决问题的方案。
