讀的Brendon的第二本書,看它的視頻有兩年多瞭,從這本新書裏也能讀到他之前講過的很多內容,很喜歡這本書的格式,將成功者的共通點分門彆類,總結篩選齣6個最有用的習慣,但又不像Richard的8 to be great一樣那麼籠統,隻列齣名言,而是用他研究瞭幾十年的腦科學、神經科學、心理學實驗、無數的調查問捲,來為他的觀點做背書,而且每章開頭都有一個實際的例子去引導,很容易進入情景,一如既往的支持!

評分全文論述瞭6個提升performance的好習慣,大多可直接實踐,“找到必要性,提升達成熱情”這個思維習慣對我影響尤為明顯,往大瞭說該習慣可使人的思維持續保持正嚮,往小瞭說就是可以不斷給自己“灌雞湯”,最終達成目標,當然這個雞湯是褒義。
