不能理解这本书怎么会得到那么多的宠爱。实在就是一碗鸡汤，并且还是炒冷饭的那种。感觉就是一切以自我为中心，没有从内心真正去approach如何爱自己。听了前几章，就跳了听了几章，不觉得我能仔细聆听。

去年在芝加哥机场随手买的，断断续续几个月读完了。很好读，都是一节一节的小短篇。对我来说是管用又质量不错的励志书。不过书名和装帧太羞耻了，都不好意思拿出去读。很适合做睡前读物。
