评分如何理解思考，如何面对死亡在现代医学科技越来越发达的今天是个值得探讨的问题。这种类型的书大部分是在解释现象，提出解决办法的部分却太少了。
评分written by a surgeon. thought it was an introduction of medicine. turns out to be nothing but gerontology, aging, nursing house, lots & lots of old people, and their independece, dignity and well being. more depressing than exciting
评分What's the goal? What are the trade-offs you're willing to make? Essential questions for every terminally ill person. Respect and a hard conversation can spare one and the ones around a lot of suffering. This could be a policy-changing book.
