评分一早睡不着，读完了这本书，从黑暗中的灯光读到现在阳光遍洒。非常值得一读。衰老是一系列不断的失去。待我们老去，我们需要的不仅仅是如何对付高血压，硬化的动脉，甚至癌症；而是护理好衰老的脚不要跌倒，以我喜欢的方式梳我的头发，以及减少孤独及随之而来的抑郁，最终，体面的老去至告别世界。理性但温情的文字。
