通過手勢的訓練提高你的rate，不過後麵所謂的掃描閱讀，我還是不懂。

评分用手指消除迴視，對於默念重要的是看的比念的快。速度與理解都是單獨練習，練其中一個時不用在意另一個。 讀書之前要想清楚一本書的價值以及讀它的目的，然後再確定閱讀方式，速度，需要提取的信息。其中對信息的提取可以從最粗略地找齣全書觀點到找每章每節的觀點到細緻地理解每一句話的含義。重點在於達到目的而不在於一字不漏。要想更好掌握信息，讀完要迴憶。學會使用視覺迴憶圖來掌握內容。新內容要在一個長時期中的許多短時間段中來學習。根據經驗，想達到某個閱讀速度練習速度要為該速度的三倍。
评分有點話癆，讀到作者一邊說，很多內容最重要的是 Topic 和 Conclusion，中間的沒必要細讀時，我被這 irony 笑齣瞭聲來。 沒讀過其它類似書籍的小夥伴可以考慮。
