很好讀的一本小書，主要是怎樣剋服心理障礙好好寫作，最重要的就是有個writing schedule，每天不管mentally rain or sunshine都要堅持寫。寫作很難，一直很難，寫得越多收得拒信會越多，但我們還是得堅持寫下去。

昨晚利用兩個多小時看完此書，對我頗具啓發。以前我是個放縱的寫作者，代價就是效率低下，充滿自責和愧疚。此書告訴我，應該做規劃，分配固定時間從事寫作，不要使性子或期待什麼靈感，而是把寫作變成生活的一部分、固定節目，就像看電視劇一樣。它並不神聖或偉大，這是生存的手段，所以必須按時按量的做好它。
