喜欢「Chance」「Passion」和「Tricks」这三篇。用我小时候听过的话，它们都表现了＂爱的神秘，灵魂的离奇＂。当生活被发现是一条可以往各个方向流动的河，当人生的一连串偶然形成一段固定的历史，当逃离本身成为了逃离的目的......够简洁，够神秘，够真实。

One of the best short stories I've ever read. Alice Munro perfectly show you how to translate a reader's-digest-style story into mysterious, subtle and captivating masterpiece. All the characters are so real that you could walk into their tragic lives-those who are enduring "the progress of love" . Personally I love the "Juliet trilogy" best.
