该书关于欲望的描写概括起来就是：百爪挠心，先痒后痛。。最后那个historical note让作品惊悚程度更上一层楼

结尾有点太abrupt。但是以前讨厌atwood的那种过分戏剧化和夸张，现在get到了。这个世界真的处处隐藏危机，一触即发。

在读的时候正好经历了些乱七八糟的事儿，正如Margaret Atwood拒绝把作品归为科幻一样，没办法否定它发生的可能性。曾经，现在以及将来，从来就没有真正意义上的两性平等。所以我们到底在走向什么【into the darkness within; or else the light】

这个一星，是评给译者的。拒绝这本书，因为译者站在作者的对立面，随时随刻找机会扭曲作者原意。你花了钱、花了时间、花了精力，最后得到的是跟作者意思截然相反或者不知扭曲到何处的刻意误读，得到错误信息，还不知道究竟错在哪里，连调整都无从可调。效果跟喝百草枯一模一样...
