评分翻瞭目錄和前麵幾章,感覺大部分基礎知識就是運動生理學的而且寫的簡單,看中文書,關於關注的跑姿寫的並不多,麵很全,但各個闆塊都不深入,力量部分和營養部分也都簡單,隻告訴你要跑多少卻沒講怎麼跑,幸虧沒買
