评分书的前半部分是跟长跑有关的体育科学和指南,后半部分是几套马拉松训练计划,当然这些训练计划中,即使最初级的那套也算很有难度的。这本书里阐述的马拉松训练认真而又细致,通过理论基础支撑,有耐心的刻苦训练,不断探求自己的潜能,充满信心地参加比赛。读完之后非常期待自己未来半年里的训练。
评分在看过几本翻译的体育书籍后,明白一个道理,这种相对不畅销的专业书,在中国的现状下,估计是没人会好好翻译的,只能看原版。
评分阿妹和汉僧,以及丹尼尔的计划比起来,对首马更适合一点。介绍了很多关于跑步的基础知识,阿妹55和70都跟过,效果不错。
