读书这件事情于我是非常讲究right timing的。这本invisible women就在特别适合的时间看到友邻的推荐。因为在看到这个推荐的前一天，我刚刚和一个同事朋友约饭的时候在这个话题上进行了一番讨论。这本书给我印象最深的一句话是，在individual的层次上，很多男人已经在非常努力...

即便是探討invisible women的書中中國乃至亞洲女性仍然不見蹤跡。生活中，我見過很多男權主義的女性，卻未曾見過哪怕一個女權主義的男性。作為被壓迫放的呐喊固然很痛快，但是跳不齣受害者窠臼的女性平權是沒有更遠的齣路的。這本書講瞭很多甚至無法被察覺的不平等，但是如何改變現狀呢？老實說並沒有看到什麼有效的建議。

#這些忽視女性需求的bias變得不容易被看見，是因為我們以為universal的有些東西其實是男性視角架構齣來的。成篇的數據讀到後麵對我來說有點info overload，但是是具有很大點醒作用的。

這本書讓我意識到有一點以前沒看到或者想到到的：有關男女平等，現狀常見的是讓女人變得像男人一樣，而不是改變政策、決策等來考慮女人的不同。受益匪淺。此書的缺點是，在數據上和舉例上地理範圍太大。有些國傢男女極其不平等的例子對另一些國傢沒有藉鑒意義。

做為女性，做為少數民族，書裏提到的各種歧視或者無視，多少都經曆過。雖然馬上就是2020瞭，50%的人口遠遠沒有享受50%的認可和尊重。抗爭將是持久之戰，而且不能抱有幻想。
