评分Egalitarian心態的女人和transitional心態的男人的婚姻(或中産或高收), 雙雙egalitarian的婚姻，最終都不如書裏working class traditional的carol和frank幸福。在生育的前提下的have it all, 要麼是雙方更像傳統意義的父親犧牲傢庭，要麼是雙方都變成母親犧牲事業。在各式的transitional男性身上看到瞭各式各樣生活的影子, 印象最深刻的是律師丈夫如是問，我理解她為傢庭瑣事而不開心，but why do I have to sacrifice my career。看完滿顆心都在絕望。It's always been "her" problem, and it's likely will always be.
