三星半，最符合我的心情。。。这本小薄书，要是没有最后一章，是要抑郁掉多少人啊。。。。
评分发现父亲有抑郁症的时候，我开始疯狂的寻找这方面的书。因为这本书不厚，所以很快就读完了。我想作者把自己的痛苦坦白的时候应该是用了很大的勇气，但是当他开始掏出自己心肺把自己的经历写出来的时候，心里应该也是流血的，在那些字里行间是可以看到痛苦。这不是一本分析抑郁症的书，更加不是一本寻找结果或者治疗方法的书，是一本对自己抑郁症反思，感受的书，他告诉你他经历过什么，他是怎样坚持，最重要的他说到了爱。我喜欢这本简短的书，也是一本我很想尝试翻译的书，因为他给了我鼓励，告诉我我应该要怎样去爱，支持我的父亲。
