Set during World War II in Germany, Markus Zusak’s groundbreaking new novel is the story of Liesel Meminger, a foster girl living outside of Munich. Markus Zusak is the author of five books, including the international bestseller, The Book Thief , which spent more than a decade on the New York Times bestseller list, and is translated into more than forty languages – establishing Zusak as one of the most successful authors to come out of Australia.

因为9叔读过有声，所以感兴趣地找来读一下，还不错~
评分这是一个德国小女孩因书而起的故事，故事里温柔的善解人意的爸爸，看上去凶巴巴却善良的妈妈，像彩虹一样的男孩Rudy，为偷书贼悄悄敞开书房大门的市长夫人，还有地下室里形容枯槁却灵魂闪光的犹太人，和从文字中获得慰借的偷书贼，他们感动了死神，也感动了我。他们是二战灰色炮火中的一抹红色，是悲剧无法摧毁的永恒。
评分这可能是我读过的最具有影像感的书。真不能想象至今是不是还没有人把它拍成电影。Narrator很特别，讲述战争几乎没有更好的角度。叙事方式很巧妙，每每透露一点后面的剧情又不全部告诉你。总之是精彩的故事。不过，这个真的是NYTimes童书第一名吗？小孩看会不会有点太阴暗。
评分這世界沒有童話般的happily ever after。好日子壞日子，剩下的就只有愛和回憶。
评分看这本书的一半时间是在等翻页，累。但和中文版一样，到最后还是看得我稀里哗啦~
