评分很棒的一本書,因為作者是女性所以默默加瞭一星~閱讀建議是tech lead讀tech lead+managing people,manager讀managing a team+managing multiple team,之後公司文化那幾章適閤所有人群。整本書隻講technical managing其實是比較focused but constrained,可以搭配各種管理學教材閱讀。
评分讀完瞭前五章,非常實用,真希望我早些能夠領悟透徹,或許可以少走一些彎路。
