專門針對tech leader的技能書，之前因為要麵試lead的位置猛吸瞭一波，感覺還是挺有收獲的。即使是自己一時用不上的地方，也對瞭解公司裏麵不同級彆的管理的視角很有幫助。

评分非常棒的書！一邊讀一邊可以審視自己哪些做的不足，哪些做得不錯。對於未來的管理，也有很多極具價值的建議！
评分很棒的一本書，因為作者是女性所以默默加瞭一星～閱讀建議是tech lead讀tech lead+managing people，manager讀managing a team+managing multiple team，之後公司文化那幾章適閤所有人群。整本書隻講technical managing其實是比較focused but constrained，可以搭配各種管理學教材閱讀。
评分讀完瞭前五章，非常實用，真希望我早些能夠領悟透徹，或許可以少走一些彎路。
