评分同事剛推薦的時候,我想大概是商學院的老師收集刻闆印象的一本水書吧。地鐵上有空就翻兩頁,越發驚喜。大多數人通過經曆看世界,可即便在一個國傢學習生活瞭很多年,也隻是看到有限的局部。如果能高一個視角看習慣的衝突和差異,如果能預知到尚未具備全球視野的閤作夥伴的溝通習慣差異,會少不少苦惱吧。
