多文化工作環境下的實用工具手冊
评分同事剛推薦的時候，我想大概是商學院的老師收集刻闆印象的一本水書吧。地鐵上有空就翻兩頁，越發驚喜。大多數人通過經曆看世界，可即便在一個國傢學習生活瞭很多年，也隻是看到有限的局部。如果能高一個視角看習慣的衝突和差異，如果能預知到尚未具備全球視野的閤作夥伴的溝通習慣差異，會少不少苦惱吧。
评分Helpful toolbox for cultivating internal culture-related nuances chat, but ultimately it relies on each person, especially the high-ups to constantly question and update their own mental pictures of what a global enterprise looks like.
