本来觉得一个教授写这样的书，是不是纸上谈兵？读后，发现自己的感觉有点错误了。书中包含了很多实践的例子，没有切身的经验是很难写出来的。最有价值的两章我认为是 - secure Early wins 和 how to form a team.

Strongly recommended by an MD in GS, when I'm saying goodbye to him. He said this book helped him a lot when during his transition. It helped me a lot too, though it might be more useful for more senior crew who's going to lead a fresh new team. It's very thorough and practical, very easy to follow.

目前的有用程度隻有三星，但提供瞭基本的思路，就是落實上很難。或許成瞭manager或者空降到哪時候更有用，到時候會再讀。

雖然是針對manager的入職90天攻略，但是作為IC來說也很有藉鑒價值。跳槽之前讀完，然後不同的階段針對不同的問題都不時還會繼續翻閱。今天正好入職60天，等到90天之後再來補一個筆記
