评分本书语法简单,生词不多,篇幅不长。介绍了几种战拖方法。
评分kindle上借阅的双语版,看完中文自然顺着读了遍原文。除了拖延这件事,我想说一直觉得读英文书很难,但是只要开始做了,就发现其实自己是可以完成的。当然主要也因为这本写的比较简单。
评分对抗拖延的最好方法居然就是get started,这确实吊诡。但起码书中揭示了大脑的原始属性就是feel good,想要达成目标只有针对大脑背道而驰。
