大卫霍克尼，英国著名艺术家，与佛洛伊德培根是亲密伙伴，本书我觉得非常值得购买读，十四五世纪是伟大的世纪，大卫对古典艺术的解读让人在讨论古典艺术时改变了讨论基础，这是非常了不起的行为，就凭这一点，足以向他致敬。
