开车的时候听完了，非常好。值得再听一次。结尾妈妈和女儿一起跳舞的故事尤其让我感动，现在还能清晰地回想起，当时的我开车开到东盛大街，在等着左转到荣光路，听到这个故事这个结尾泪流满面的画面。

The first chapters on shame and common confusions around this concept are very helpful. The guidebook style help manual of the later chapters is okay too. Will re-read.
