dickinson很少外出，据说她一直居住在她父亲为她的两层小楼上，可是她写的文字相比whitman注重的innerlife，她更注重sociality...（萌反差）

真是太難太難了，一再被判誤讀（雖再三被提示criterion不存在），但當意識到讓詞語成形是如此艱難的事，就越發感覺到她每一個字的難得。然後這麼多年來，終於有一丁點搞懂英語詩？

读Emily Dickinson 的念头起源于《海洋饼干（又名飞黄腾达）》这部电影。当时赛马仔家境还很殷实，但当时就已通过Emily的这首诗表现出十多年后的无畏精神。这个诗人的诗与上述的电影非常地相得益彰。
