听到第五章了还没什么实锤，似乎还在进行上战场之前的鼓舞军心，如果读者不认为small talk重要应该就不会来读这本书了吧？弃书。

评分工具书，对我来说最有用的就是conversation suggestion lists
评分第17本原著@4.5。以前不愿看这类self-help的书籍，也不屑与志趣不同的人做过多交流，觉得那是种折磨。但是随着年龄增长以及心态变化，开始改变以前的做法，有些事不是你逃避了就不会发生，只有迎难而上、摆脱拖延症、学会去掌控才能解决问题，也才能完善自己，fake it for a while till it becomes second nature。这本书中对我影响最大的也是我一直没有忘记的是：学会主动，积极准备谈话材料，积极承担引导谈话的任务，assume the burden，让别人感到轻松，积极捕捉对方话中的新信息，学会做一个聆听者。另外，毕竟中美文化不同，作者所述的某些conversation tips若在国内使用会显得很傻，我觉得把握作者的核心精神即可，以免陷入教条主义。
评分Tips 都挺尴尬的，问题其实在于对大多数人并没有 genuine interest。所以得先 fake 一下，以 small talk 作为过渡，说不定就能发现真正的 genuine interest，顺利进入 real conversation。
