评分第17本原著@4.5。以前不愿看这类self-help的书籍,也不屑与志趣不同的人做过多交流,觉得那是种折磨。但是随着年龄增长以及心态变化,开始改变以前的做法,有些事不是你逃避了就不会发生,只有迎难而上、摆脱拖延症、学会去掌控才能解决问题,也才能完善自己,fake it for a while till it becomes second nature。这本书中对我影响最大的也是我一直没有忘记的是:学会主动,积极准备谈话材料,积极承担引导谈话的任务,assume the burden,让别人感到轻松,积极捕捉对方话中的新信息,学会做一个聆听者。另外,毕竟中美文化不同,作者所述的某些conversation tips若在国内使用会显得很傻,我觉得把握作者的核心精神即可,以免陷入教条主义。
评分Tips 都挺尴尬的,问题其实在于对大多数人并没有 genuine interest。所以得先 fake 一下,以 small talk 作为过渡,说不定就能发现真正的 genuine interest,顺利进入 real conversation。
