Norman Lewis (born December 30, 1912 in Brooklyn, New York – died September 8, 2006 in Whittier, California) was an author, grammarian, lexicographer, and etymologist. 评分单词比韦氏小绿难，但是编写得更好，更容易记忆。对于单词量不够的人，还是推荐先小绿再word power made easy。

评分1.作者简介错了，不是这位同名的作家，提交了但是豆瓣没有采用，如果有人看到可以点更新描述进去，选2006年去世的那位，帮忙加权修正一下。2.读单词书也能读到家乡哈哈，里面的places that made our language，satin词源是泉州。3. Not the urge to learn "words" - words are only symbols of ideas.
