公民共和主义复兴运动是西方近半个世界以来最为引人注目的学术现象只一,已经在政治哲学政治思想史美国宪法学乃至与实证研究等领域产生了广泛深渊的影响。本文选按照编者对于公民共和主义理论谱系的了解，组织、编选了其中十五篇代表性文献，内容包括新共和主义主要人物的经典论文，麦迪逊共和主义的当代叙事，共和主义、社群主义和自由主义的三方争论，以及世界主义共和主义的审视和展望。
