自己讀的第一本商業相關書籍，作為一個搞硬件的程序員，感覺自己商業這部分的知識欠缺的太多瞭，係統是關鍵，看過作者在youtube上的一個講座，裏麵講到school bus test，就是說如果哪天你齣門被校車撞死瞭，你的公司還能正常運轉，就說明你經營的很成功，哈哈，所以重點不是人，而是製度和係統，看瞭很受啓發

书写的通俗易懂，看了2遍，其实就是像剥洋葱一样，一层层剥开。很多问题在创业者身上都存在。与其说是一本理论说，不如说是一本操作手册，难就难在能一步步落实。但是对于创意产业的创业者来讲，有些东西很难拷贝，例如系统化、可拷贝性。。。。。
