自己读的第一本商业相关书籍，作为一个搞硬件的程序员，感觉自己商业这部分的知识欠缺的太多了，系统是关键，看过作者在youtube上的一个讲座，里面讲到school bus test，就是说如果哪天你出门被校车撞死了，你的公司还能正常运转，就说明你经营的很成功，哈哈，所以重点不是人，而是制度和系统，看了很受启发
