北京奧運會的優質遺産之一 據說還是國內首個關於中文菜單的譯法編寫 官網(http://58.30.64.4/study/ 北京市民講外語)有免費彩色音頻電子版 方便當工具書搜索使用;書開頭是簡練總結的翻譯原則和舉例 接下來就是幾韆條中英對照 包含中餐西餐和飲品 很全很感動也很餓???? 美中不足的是魚香肉絲的翻譯前後不一緻 一會兒yuxiang一會兒fish-flavored 翡翠蝦仁翻譯成with greens稍不嚴謹 前者可以是西蘭花豌豆等綠色蔬菜 後者僅指綠葉蔬菜;按前言部分羅列的大牛編委來看 真實可靠性稍打摺;中華美食博大精深 整體翻譯質量很不錯瞭 雖然木有收錄蒜香排骨~ 已經很全瞭 看各種菜名就能分泌胃液嗯(ಥ_ಥ)
