假期第一個晚上，把這本書看到差不多接近尾聲。喜歡正能量的朋友，不是很建議看，這本書把人性寫地太直白，即使在如此特殊的時代，每人做的任何事情都是基於自身的需求和目的。而曆史功過是留給後人看的。U never know who will change the history n sometimes the one who wrongly influence the history as he initially thought the people might appreciate him, n it meanwhile disappointed him when he know it was not accepted.

和肯尼迪遇刺一樣，也是疑雲重重。不過覺得林肯更瞭不起，仿佛預知自己的命運瞭。

林肯死前兩周每一天的故事，融入瞭整個南北戰爭曆史。作者似乎想創造一種不偏不倚的中立角度，再加上小說效果，結果感覺怪怪的。
