目前看完了一章，作者为了时间顺序，牺牲了当时事件发生的连贯性，在事件描述上不是很有逻辑，事件写的比较散。第一章全部笔墨描写的是英国对海洋和美洲侵略的历史，如果先适当描述当时欧洲的整个格局，让读者清楚英国那个时期在欧洲的地位是怎样的，这有助于读者更深刻的理解...
