林肯死前两周每一天的故事，融入了整个南北战争历史。作者似乎想创造一种不偏不倚的中立角度，再加上小说效果，结果感觉怪怪的。

嗯,BILL O REILLY的叙事角度是OK的。文笔可以有改进的余地。中间杀死林肯当天的叙事偏冗长而失去重点了，可以再剪裁一下。值得赞赏的是第一部分，将林肯遇刺的事件置于李将军最后鱼死网破的挣扎以及南北战争的末段的大时代背景之下，叙述战争时还是写得很好场景很宏大的。

和肯尼迪遇刺一样，也是疑云重重。不过觉得林肯更了不起，仿佛预知自己的命运了。
