讲如果提供卓越服务的一本书。作者通过一个简明的分析框架,简述很多如何提供卓越服务的理论和概念,比如在我们规划提供出色服务的时候,不可能每一点上都追求完美,而是要在自己擅长的几点上做到极致,但在一些点上则做到不是那么极致,甚至是有选择的没那么好。
