Thomas L. Friedman has been awarded the Pulitzer Prize three times for his work with The New York Times, where he serves as the foreign affairs columnist. He is the author of four previous books, all of them bestsellers: From Beirut to Jerusalem (1989), The Lexus and the Olive Tree (1999), Longitudes and Attitudes (2002), and The World Is Flat (2005). He lives in Bethesda, Maryland.
not a bad book, but could've been better had it been condensed into a third of the current length.

評分宣布世界是平的那位普利策記者又來宣講環境問題. 還是媒體人的調調, 有聲明, 沒論證. 有錶麵, 沒深度. 愛評論專業, 又全不負責. 弄的書也說不上哪不好, 又說不上有什麼價值.
評分喜歡Tom Friedman的人依舊會喜歡這本書,兩次閱讀都隻選瞭書中部分章節,沒有全部讀完。
評分雖然是課程要求,但是發現這本書意外的有趣...隻不過要在一周之內過完,也不知道以後還有沒有時間細讀...起碼一開始的篇章就讓我這個一嚮反感著國際金融的人一下瞭解到現在的華爾街為什麼在發生著那些新聞裏所說的事情...
这本书真正攸关大局的问题有两个:“美国真的可以领导一场绿色革命吗?”、“中国真的会跟进吗?”其他的只是注脚。 ——Thomas L. Friedman,《世界又热、又平、又挤》 领导绿色革命的一定就得是美国?中国就只有跟进的份?或许吧,但为何不能反过来...
評分 評分世界是平的? 世界是弯的? 世界又热又平又挤? 全球化确实是个大问题。 太佩服国外这些标题党了, 玩概念玩的出神入化。 话语真的可以改变世界啊, 那些话语, 像病毒, 像咒语一样, 在全球蔓延。 下一本书:世界是鸡的猪的就是不是人呆的地方。
