評分深受啓發,不僅有雞湯,還有經過實踐總結得齣的方式方法。 邊度邊反思自己處理工作的方式方法。確實,一切關乎效率、質量及幸福感,而非愚忠。畢竟你和雇主是契約關係,而非主僕關係。讓專業的人做專業的事,包括製定時間和期限。隻要閤理安排及規劃,沒有必要犧牲自己的個人時間去做低效率的産齣。

評分最棒的是書對很多工作中的習以為常提齣瞭很多疑問和挑戰,結閤前一段我瘋狂的加班我反思瞭好多,每讀一個小節都感覺內心平靜瞭許多,並且對組裏的原來沒注意過的決定,都不自覺地開始發問,這麼做值不值得,裏麵的假設對不對。對隔壁加拿大人和原正平時平靜但又堅持的刨根問底有瞭更多的理解和尊敬。但是也好奇這樣做公司,在中國究竟能不能做成書裏一樣盈利又人性的公司
