現在看章節標題和長度就能大概知道是 basecamp 又齣書瞭 ???? 從號召人們從OT中解放齣來的角度切入，重申瞭一些在 rework 和 remote 裏聲明過的觀點

跟他們以前的書比好像沒太多新內容也可能是平時在他們blog或Twitter已經看過某些觀點；賺錢、小團隊、可以遠程、不加班、夏天隻上四天班、很少開會，他們描寫瞭自己這傢可以吸引很多人的公司，然後說“我們現在不招人” ????

作者創立軟件公司也寫書，雞湯味重，實例不多，但讀完確實能讓人舒一口氣。他們公司福利太好，想給自己安排上。基本觀點是，你不必做大做強、改變世界，不要跟彆人比較，不做工作狂，不用事事完美，做到舒適自給就好瞭。其他點：隻設短期目標，船小好調頭；用寫日誌（給大傢思考時間）來取代開會（得到即時反饋）；保護員工的時間和精力；隻在Office hours答疑；不要老查看郵件群組害怕錯過什麼；辦公室應像個圖書館般安靜；有不認同的做法立即說齣來，不要等它變成常規；按照你能工作幾十年那樣設計你的工作方式；初始探索完成後就去做完，不要中途又想新點子；老闆不要提想當然的小建議來分散員工精力；工作劃分到最多三個人的團隊來做；統一定價可不被大客戶綁架；麵對客戶投訴，這沒什麼和這太糟瞭，你選個立場，客戶就會選另一個。
