現階段對我非常有啓發的書。
評分作為成功學書籍來講本書基本是彆人成果的普及性總結,很多都已經聽過。但對於自己最有益的是有關anger management的部分。告訴我陷入戰鬥狀態所能得到的最好結果是什麼,是說服我不要陷入戰鬥狀況的最好????。
評分雖然標題看上去有點兒雞湯,但是讀起來發現味精味兒不重,有些內容很受啓發。
評分感覺這就是一本書摘,把大牛書裏說過的例子拿來重復一下,不明白美亞上為什麼評分這麼高
