存在主义的心理学方法论: 死亡需要站在其对立面生的角度去直视，孤独需要靠爱他人来缓解，自由需要靠勇气来实现，对终极意义的追问不如彻底的活在当下。作为非科普类的专业心理著作，并不特别适合病人自救，但作者对托尔斯泰陀师尼采信手拈来，读起来还是相当有知识都学杂了的趣味的。
