评分在读这本书的时候,觉得自己突然变得无所不能,读完过后,觉得原来我还是我啊。大概是所有指导实践的书,都是要经过实践,才会变得有用吧,就像看教你减肥的书,就算你拿着很认真的看完了,你的体重也不见得会少多少。不过书中的某些技巧应该是蛮受用的。
