评分有點和斷捨離一樣的內涵,關注少瞭,纔能把時間做的更好,最近自己正好有瞭這個感受,然後看到瞭這本書,但是。。。。寫的不算好,前麵感覺有很多的空話,沒必要這麼拖遝的。
