没耐心看这种故事连篇的书

书还好，理念是通过放缓生活节奏来增加思维的清晰度。但是书里最重要的概念free flowing mode ，作者并没有真的解释清，或者告诉我们如何实现这种状态。我的理解就是人有两种思考方式，一种是逻辑思维，另一种是不通过思考用直决做判断。用直觉做判断只能在精神非常放松的状态下才能达到，即必须要给自己足够的时间，而不是强迫自己没准备好就做决策。这就是slow down to the speed of life.

语言很顺溜，但人生哲理很有限，关键就是喜欢观察生活的人，生活不会亏待ta的！。
